Online Hotel Booking Guide
  1. To make a booking please click on the hotel , enter the date of check-in and check-out, select grade rooms (economical, medium or exclusive), enter the number of rooms and hotels in Belitung options you want, then click on Check Price. The system will seek the allocation of rooms available at the hotel. If grade room you choose is not available, the system will automatically search for room allocation grade higher or lower that are still available.

  2. After clicking Check Price, the system will display the type of rooms available, room unit price and total price. You still can find a different alternative room type or select a different hotel in the form at the bottom and then click Check price, until you get a hotel and rate you want.

  3. To make a booking, enter email, name and phone number on the form provided and click the Booking Hotel. Your booking data will be entered into our database and you will get a special booking code to be displayed after you click on Hotels Booking. You can record Booking Code, or directly check your email, because email autoreply will automatically be sent to your email containing data including the booking code of your hotel bookings and Time Limit of payment.

  4. After making the booking we will check into the hotel room availability and we will inform via email to you, followed by Time Limit for making payments. If the reservation is made more than 7 days from the date of Check-in Time Limit payouts is 2 x 24 hours, if the date of check-in less than 7 days then the Time Limit is 1 x 24 hours. The amount of payment is 100% of the total price.

  5. If payment is made, you are required to fill out the payment form by clicking the menu Payment. Enter booking code, email and your payment data to enable us to check your payment as soon as possible. If payment is received, we will send you a hotel voucher to your email. Please print the voucher and take at the time you check-in. Each voucher has a special voucher code, please note the voucher code, if you forgot to bring print-outs, the voucher code and the identity of names and phone numbers can be validated to perform check-ins.
